Cream of Tomato and roasted red pepper soup served with warm artisan bread roll (V, VEA, GFA)

Poached salmon and burnt dill roulade, cucumber yogurt and citrus dressing (GF)

Duck and port liver parfait, ginger and onion marmalade, toasted mixed seeds and ciabatta croute (GFA)
